If you want your problem to be handled on location, contact us on 1525 to book an appointment with Shatel’s customer service team. The on-location support team will visit you immediately after receiving your request. If the problem is due to any issue in Shatel’s services, the customer will not be charged. Otherwise, corresponding expenses will be applied based on Shatel’s complementary services tariffs.
