Modem Auto Configuration

We seek to provide users with high-speed Internet services and appropriate and easier after-sales services using a variety of modern tools. Thus, we are launching a new solution that allows us to fix possible problems users may face and to automatically configure the modem. Hence, it is necessary for dear users to run the software once on their system from the link here. By executing the software and choosing “ACS Modem Auto Configuration”, the required settings will be activated on your modem. (Shatel smart system software can also be helpful in many other cases. (Download Guide))

Also, if you need to activate the settings by means of your Android phone, you can download ACS activation software on your Android phone via this link.

This way, if there is a problem with the modem configuration or in case of disconnection, it will also be possible for Shatel to resolve the problem and offer the service. Also, it will be possible for a variety of other features to be offered to users in the near future.

In order to ensure that the settings are configured correctly, you can enter 192.168.1.1 in your browser and open the modem page. The login password for the modem console is “admin” by default.

When the modem page opens, enter the section where the TR069 or CWMP settings are defined. This path may vary from one modem to another. (For instructions on how to do this, read the Guide.)

After you open this page, the following changes should be applied:

CWMP: Enable

URL: http://tr069-delsa.net:9675

Path:/tr069

Port: 7548

Interval: 3600

It is also recommended that users of ZyXEL modems update their modem using ZyXEL modem updates packages on Shatel website.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
