For the third consecutive year, Shatel Group of companies ranked first in “Best Place to Work” contest in the National Productivity Festival. The contest is conducted through a survey of working conditions, and online and in person evaluation of the companies participating in the contest.
According to the executive director of the “Best Place to Work contest, the average score of job satisfaction has been 69 percent, and having gained 79 percent from its employees which is more than the average, Shatel has gained this rank in the “Best Place to Work” Contest for the third time.
The goal of the contest, which was attended by more than one hundred companies and organizations in various fields, has been to raise awareness among managers of the human capital sector of each organization to measure, improve satisfaction and commitment to their corporate capital. The contest is a sub-category of the National Productivity Festival which has been sponsored by the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture since 2009 with the aim of promoting the culture of productivity management and the appreciation of the most productive senior executives of Iranian companies.
