For several consecutive years, Shatel has succeeded to rank first in the assessment conducted by the Communications Regulatory Authority as the Top High-Speed Internet Operator.
According to the Public Relations of CRA, these assessments were carried out in the second half of the Persian year 1397, to improve the competitive environment among operators, to improve the quality of services and to clarify the status of operators. In this assessment, Shatel, AsiaTech and Roham Datak ranked first, second and third respectively.
Majid Haghi, deputy director of post, communications and technology regulatory, said; “Service providers were evaluated in two dimensions: customer and regulatory, from which, of course, customer dimension has been given more importance in the evaluation.
He added; “The customer dimension includes performance indicators, customer satisfaction, market conditions and customer support, and the regulatory dimension includes indicators of compliance with laws and regulations, fulfilling development and implementation obligations, financial commitments, and evaluations of the regional regulatory agencies.”
