Due to limitations of telecommunication facilities, Shatel has stopped selling services and accepting new subscriptions in the mentioned centers since December 26, 2017.
Because of the lack of sufficient telecommunication facilities in these centers, Shatel has stopped selling its services until further notice.
While apologizing to those willing to use Shatel high-speed internet services, unfortunately, we should inform them that it is not possible to provide new services at these centers until the required facilities are provided.
Shatel will resume the sales of high speed services in the aforementioned provinces as soon as the problems are resolved and the necessary facilities are provided.
It is worth mentioning that the service will continue to be provided to the current Shatel subscribers and the full support is available to the current users as well.
