According to this report, the updated version of My Shatel Mobile application does not require authorization and access to phone data to be installed and used. This update also includes features such as online customer service, ShatelMobile account management, data usage reports, calls and SMSes, balance monitoring, purchasing data packages and top-up, sharing top-up, access to special offers, call detail record, SMS and internet, internet speed test, troubleshooting and contacting support experts and other features. The update can be downloaded from Google Play, Cafe Bazaar and Myket.
Note that the new version of ShatelMobile application allows the subscribers to receive and view their messages, edit their account information, and through the “My Services” section they can forward calls, block incoming and outgoing calls, make conference calls, activate call waiting, and contact ShatelMobile support experts if there are any problems or questions.
