Communications Regulatory Authority, with regard to its regulatory and supervisory role, has launched the Customer Satisfaction Measurement System to measure the satisfaction of users of IT services and to create a healthy competitive environment and improve the quality of services.
You can participate in this survey to collaborate on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the operators and enter a draw to win special prizes. Communications Regulatory Authority will hold a draw when the survey is over and winners will receive one of the following prize:
