Shatel has once again succeeded to rank first in quality customer support in the survey done by Communications Regulatory Authority.
Following the directives of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology to resolve the problem of support centers, several numbers of call centers and support departments of internet service providers have been visited and surveyed. These evaluations have shown that Shatel has ranked first in responding to customers in recent weeks.
Undoubtedly, the ongoing effort made by all members of Shatel Company in gaining users’ satisfaction and responding promptly and effectively to their requests and problems has been very effective in gaining this status, and receiving news like this can be a reward for this effort. Not surprisingly, Shatel has been able to rank first in customer satisfaction survey done by CRA. Additionally, receiving the Consumer Rights Protection Silver Trophy, along with the aforementioned successes, demonstrates the determination of Shatel members to meet the goals of customer orientation and customer satisfaction.
