Shatel Academy, equipped with 100 seats and with 60 board members, has been established in Shatel’s pursuit of its main goal to achieve the highest quality of service. - Conducting general and specialized periodic tests to evaluate company employees
Training at this center is offered to newly recruited members and to current employees to improve the level of their knowledge. In fact, Shatel Academy also aims to raise the staff’s level of knowledge and update their information and meet their academic needs, through holding general training courses such as ICDL, English, etc., and specialized courses such as Network, CCNA, CCNP, etc. using modern facilities and with the help of prominent experts, so that employees can improve their skills and also their career prospects. These trainings, which ultimately lead to more efficient and better staff, will help Shatel to win customer satisfaction more than ever.
The Academy plans to provide specialized training courses for applicants outside the company and its interested subscribers, relying on its professional and elite experts and advanced hardware and software facilities, so that in addition to implementing its cultural and social mission, it can provide customers with Shatel’s educational capabilities.
