The company established Shatel’s Academy, a research and training center, in 2009. Shatel’s Academy trains the staff to keep up to date and encourage them to be as knowledgeable as possible to offer the highest customer services to the clients. Shatel’s Academy with 100 places and 60 academic staff runs professional and general courses, supports genius people, and conducts research.

This center also runs an introductory course to train new employees as well as a refresher course to keep the current staff up to date. Shatel’s Academy offers different intensive courses such as ICDL and English. This center also offers professional courses such as Network, CCNA, and CCNP.
