It is an honor to have the opportunity to offer a brief introduction to the Shatel Group of Companies and its major policies and perspectives.
The Shatel Group of Companies emerged in the competitive scene of the Iranian market in 2002, aiming to provide the end users with the necessary Internet access infrastructures at a national level. During the past few years, the Group has succeeded in implementing the largest, most extensive data communication network in 30 provinces of Iran.

Shatel managers have constantly tried to fundamentalize the concepts of creativity, originality and boldness in implementing the most advanced and occasionally high risk technologies at Shatel, and regard this approach to business as one of the great values of the Group.

Constant introduction of value added features, originality and customer satisfaction are among the pivotal goals of the Group. From Shatel’s perspective, gaining customer satisfaction means providing customers with services that go even beyond their needs. With this attitude, Shatel looks for the improvement of the market standards and the realization of the customer’s true position. Therefore and to achieve this goal, the company has made considerable investments to implement the integrated Operation Support System (OSS) in a totally automated and paperless environment for the first time, so that it can identify, evaluate and supply the customer requirements immediately and at all times.
