At present, Shatel’s human resources include a workforce of almost 800 university graduates in many different fields, who are offering their services to the clients in different departments of the company. The company’s customer services team is ready to tackle any kind of problem 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Since the launch of the company and with the expansion of activities at Shatel Group, the number of human resources has considerably increased, so that the current head count of the Shatel personnel is more than ten times the original number.
It should be noted that more than 90 percent of the Shatel employees are university graduates of technical/engineering courses in IT, management, economy and other related subjects.
At present, in Shatel Group of companies, an expert and knowledgeable group of technical staff are gathered as one of the most skilled professional technical teams among active companies in the Iranian Internet market. In addition, Shatel is following an organized plan for the steady increase of the number of personnel so that in case of need, qualified, interested and hardworking work force could be invited to join different units and departments of the company. For that reason, the recruitment committees meet up three days a week on average to select the new human resources. The meetings are held in the attendance of the applicant, the representative of the company’s management and the manager of the department asking for new workforce. This ongoing corporate procedure helps Shatel managers to identify and recruit skilled experts, and strengthen and complement the company’s service providing chain.
